Amelia Fox, a Director with Alvarez & Marsal Business Consulting, LLC, specializes in customer and channel management solutions.  She brings significant experience in developing customer-focused organizations and in designing and implementing CRM programs to improve marketing and customer service processes.  She has also formulated high-impact retention and loyalty programs.  With deep project management skills, she is also well-versed in business process design, analytics and reporting, quality assessment, change management, training, and facilitation.

For more than ten years, Ms. Fox worked on and led projects in several industries, including financial services, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, and in the public sector.  Some of Ms. Fox's more notable engagements have included First Union National Bank (now Wachovia), Roche Pharmaceuticals, SunTrust Bank, Marriott Vacation Club International, American Express, The Regional Income Tax Authority of Cleveland, Ohio, and Busch Entertainment Corporation.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Fox was a Senior Manager in the Financial Services CRM practice at BearingPoint.  Previously, she was Director of Direct Marketing at Unibex, an Internet-based business-to-business company.  At First Union, she developed and managed customer retention and loyalty programs, and was a Senior Examiner for an internal organization assessment program.  She also served on the Board of Examiners for the Florida Governor's Sterling Award Program (both Baldrige-based assessments).  Ms. Fox has been a speaker at a variety of industry trade conferences, and has also developed and led training and focus groups.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Fox worked in the not for profit sector at the Council of Graduate Schools; Wediko, a social services agency that aids emotionally disturbed youth; Residential Youth Services, a facility that helps homeless youth; and The Support Center of Washington, a consulting organization.

Ms. Fox holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Davidson College and a master's degree in business administration from the School of Management at Yale University.  She is currently active on the boards of several trade associations, including the Atlanta Chapter of the CRM Association, Women-in-Technology (WIT), and the Atlanta Marketers Forum.  Additionally, she recently served as a panelist at an American Marketing Association event, "A Look Inside CRM."
