Asheley Potts is the Manager of Client Services at Reaction Marketing Group, an Atlanta-based communications firm specializing in B2B and technology.  In this capacity, Potts manages all of the day-to-day account activities and serves as the first point of contact for agency clients.

Potts has expertise in public relations, marketing communications, business writing and event management focused on qualified lead generation.  Potts has specialized experience in the automotive industry including product launches, service and parts operations, product lifecycle communications and event lead generation.

Prior to her work with Reaction Marketing Group, Potts worked exclusively on a major automotive account, serving in two capacities: account executive to the media relations team and promotions manager to the sponsorships team.  As the sole agency contact onsite with the media relations client, Potts' experience extended to all facets of both the public relations and automotive industries.  In her work as a promotions manager, Potts researched, evaluated and executed consumer events to increase qualified lead generation.

Potts is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, School of Journalism and Mass Communication.  She has a B.A. in Journalism with a focus on advertising and public relations.  Potts assisted with public relations campaigns for the National Race for the Cure and the campus' inaugural Cystic Fibrosis walk.  She is the author of the independent study, "School for Sale: the Branding of America's Education System."
