Bonnie Gandy works as a Business Analyst for Beazer Homes.  She is a member of the Systems & Planning Team in the IT organization.

As a Business Analyst for the Envision and BOSS applications, she is responsible for requirements development and management.  Bonnie elicits, analyzes, validates, and documents business, organizational, and operational requirements.

Bonnie started with Crossmann Communities, in May of 2000, as a Starts/Production Coordinator.  She was also responsible for reporting and system accuracy.  This led, in late 2002, to her participation with the System Conversion Team, when Beazer acquired Crossmann.

Bonnie joined Beazer Homes as a Purchasing Assistant for the Charlotte Division.  She was later promoted to the Project Leader for Regional Applications.  She has assisted each of the South Atlantic Divisions with Sarbanes Oxley compliance, purchasing issues related to JD Edwards, and application training.
