Kasie is responsible for developing integrated marketing programs for Computer Associates (CA) revitalized channel program, Partner Advocacy. Her responsibilities encompass 7 states in the Southeast and the Caribbean, wherein she works closely with CA's reseller and alliance partners to analyze each markets opportunity, strategize and deliver integrated, multi touch programs designed to generate new software and service revenue for CA and partners. In her five years with CA, Kasie has held roles in the sales, customer advocacy, partner advocacy and marketing organizations. Most recently she led the organizational development and go to market strategy for the Southeast Area's Partner Advocacy organization. A newly created organization and, the result of integrating CA's partner channels into one group focused on expanding CA's footprint into new and existing markets through key alliance and reseller partner relationships. Prior to Partner Advocacy, Kasie spent three years as a Director for CA's Customer Advocacy organization, responsible for developing processes and programs that strengthened customer loyalty to CA. Focusing on the primary goal of delivering customer satisfaction with CA's technology and demonstrable business impact, Kasie developed programs and processes for the organization to aid in that effort. In the role her team leveraged CA's sales, technology service, and support and development organizations to ensure that customers receive tangible value, ultimately driving new revenue opportunities and annual revenue retention for the $125 M territory. She accepted the promotion to Vice President in March 2004. Upon that acceptance, she worked with her management team to develop the fiscal year strategy, and left them to implement when she was asked to assume the role in Partner Advocacy. With a hospitality development, sales, marketing and management background that spans 13 years prior to joining the IT industry, Kasie's diverse background has enabled her to build strong and lasting business relationships thereby delivering continuous value to her company, customers and community. Kasie has been a part of the WIT organization since 1998, holding numerous leadership roles and developing new programs like the WIT Executive Coaching Program, culminating in her presidency in 2004. Kasie's legacy for WIT was secured with the launching of the WIT Foundation. The WIT Foundation enables WITs' philanthropic initiatives Girls Get IT and WIT On Track, also developed under Kasie's leadership, to expand their reach into the community and help young women and girls understand the opportunities that exist in pursuing careers in technology. In 2004 Kasie was recognized in the Atlanta's Business Chronicles top 100 Leaders in IT. Kasie resides in Alpharetta with her husband Chris. |
