Kristi serves as the Treasurer for the WIT Foundation.  Prior to this position, Kristi served as the Treasurer for both WIT, Inc. and the WIT Foundation.  Kristi is a Senior Client Service Manager with Windham Brannon, P.C., CPAs.  Serving many of Atlanta's and the Southeast's oldest and finest families and business institutions since 1957, Windham Brannon is one of the largest locally-owned certified public accounting firms in Georgia.

Kristi has been with Windham Brannon since 2000, specializing in complex tax compliance and planning for high net worth individuals, including closely held businesses, estate and gift planning, foundations, and trusts.  She enjoys providing her clients with comprehensive financial planning analysis with a focus on estate planning, executive compensation, stock option analysis, family partnerships, and philanthropic planning.

Prior to joining Windham Brannon, Kristi obtained seven years of private industry experience at SunTrust Bank.  As a Trust Officer at SunTrust, Kristi was responsible for the tax preparation and planning for approximately 400 trusts.  In this capacity, she also assisted with investment and tax planning for high net worth individuals.

Kristi holds a certificate as a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.  She received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University in 1994.  Kristi is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of CPAs, and the Institute of Certified Bankers.  Kristi currently resides in Powder Springs, Georgia with her husband Bill and daughter Emme.
