Marsha Calfee is currently Director, Infor CRM Epiphany Global Sales Operations. Infor, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, is the industry's fastest growing enterprise software provider. As the 10th largest software company in the world and with over 70,000 worldwide customers, Infor provides best-in-class enterprise software solutions that span CRM, ERP, supply chain management, performance management, financial service and human capital managements.
For the past fifteen years, Marsha has worked extensively in the CRM industry. Prior to beginning her work with Infor, Marsha worked as the Director, CRM Delivery for NetBank. Prior to NetBank, Marsha served as the Vice President of Product Management and Development at Firstwave Technologies where she was instrumental in developing and bringing to market, Firstwave's .NET-based CRM product. While at Firstwave, Marsha's efforts contributed significantly to Firstwave being named as CBS MarketWatch's #1 Best Performing Stock in 2002. Rounding out Marsha's extensive CRM background is her 10 years of experience as the President and Founder of VisionLink, a CRM software consulting practice. Under her leadership, VisionLink was recognized on several occasions as one of the Top 10 Business Partners for internationally recognized CRM software vendors such as GoldMine and SalesLogix. In addition to her CRM experience, Marsha also has extensive leadership experience with sales, marketing and training working for such companies as Intergraph Corporation, Lockheed-Georgia Corporation, Lacey-Champions Carpets, and Wisconsin Tissue, formerly a division of Georgia-Pacific.
Marsha has been actively involved with the WIT Board for the past 4 years serving as Vice President in 2005 and President in 2006. Past volunteer experience includes her work as the National Vice President of Membership for the CRM Association, Board of Trustees for her local church and a member of the Board of Directors for Atlanta's Arts and Business Council.
Marsha is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a degree in Psychology and Education. She has also completed post-graduate studies in Organizational Behavior at Georgia State University's College of Business Administration. Marsha has lived and traveled abroad extensively and managed contracts on a global basis with Egypt and Sudan for Lockheed-Georgia. Marsha currently resides in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
