Sue Miller & Associates
Sue serves as the President of the WIT Foundation, a position she has held since 2006. She has been part of the WIT Foundation since its inception in 2004. Sue has also served on the WIT board in varying capacities from overall operations to finance and educational roles from 1996 through 2003. She served as President of WIT in 2000. She has been instrumental in the creation of both the Girls Get IT and WIT On Track programs as well as the Woman of the Year in Technology award. Additionally, she was the cornerstone of the success of WIT Connect from its inception in 1995.
Sue is an information technology professional with over 26 years experience in program & project management, the development, testing and implementation of software solutions in a variety of technology environments for organizations from Fortune 500 to start-up companies. Extensive qualifications include all facets of project lifecycle development - from initial business requirements analysis, project management, quality assurance planning and management, conversion through documentation, implementation and user training. She has more than 10 years operational experience in areas such as loan and billing processing. Using a results oriented leadership approach, Sue is skilled at quickly understanding any given business, its structure and use of technology to create the positive relationships necessary to bring together business users, operational resources, web developers, creative designers, content editors, business process analysts, product design, programmers, and quality assurance teams to execute the full life-cycle of software development.
She is currently with MDI Group as a Managing Consultant. Her current engagement is with The Coca-Cola Company where she is providing program strategy and project management services in the establishment of centralized verification and validation services for the Global IT Program Management Office. She is creating a fully outsourced delivery model providing testing services, processes and procedures, service delivery (including a monthly scorecard for metrics reporting ), marketing materials and templates covering the full breadth of available manual and automated testing types. She provides daily oversight for ongoing service delivery of the centralized testing service. In addition, she is providing program strategy and project management services in the roll out of a quality driven development systems development lifecycle methodology.
She served on the TAG board in 2000 and has held various executive committee positions for TechBridge and their signature annual event, the Digital Ball. She was also part of the creation of the initial Girls Summit; a partnership between the Atlanta Girls School and Girls Inc. Sue lives in Roswell with her husband Bruce.
