The Five biggest mistakes people make that lead away from real success can be boiled down to one word FOCUS:

• F = Focus - we focus on what matters least, instead of what matters most.
• O = Outside - we measure our success with indicators outside us.
• C = Core - we ignore our core values, purpose, strengths, and principles.
• U = Un's - we deny our "Un's.  We're unfulfilled, unhealthy, and unhappy.
• S = Serve - we don't make meaning in our lives by serving others.

Rebecca is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.  Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, as well as smaller industry leaders in many different enterprises.  Rebecca earned a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Auburn University.

She is a charter member of the Society for Organizational Learning, a visiting fellow at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and has completed the Graduate Level Coaching Course of The Newfield Network.
