The war for talent is very real. In fact, the latest version of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 CEO Survey found the race for talent at the top of tech CEO’s worries. As John Ruffolo, National Leader of Deloitte's Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) Group said in a press release accompanying the Technology Fast 500 CEO Survey, “Given today’s race for top talent, it is not surprising that North American tech CEOs find it more difficult to attract, develop and retain talent than to achieve profitability. It is only the companies that win the hearts and minds of their people that will ensure their growth in both the short and long term.”

Margot is a nationally recognized pioneer in the concept of on-site recruitment and retention solutions with over 25 years experience in the human resource consulting business.

As the Founder and CEO of OnSite Resource Solutions, LLC, an Atlanta based professional services firm that specializes in optimizing clients’ organizational effectiveness, she has lead the firm through record breaking growth. This has resulted from a unique model for recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) pioneered by OnSite called Recruitment Process InsourcingTM. It places talent specialists, backed by a professional team at OnSite’s corporate office, in the client’s office to lead the talent acquisition and talent development processes.

Margot has been very active with non-profit endeavors having served on board positions with the Women’s Commerce Club, the Atlanta Women’s Network, YWCA and Women In Technology. She has chaired fundraising events for both Society of Human Resource Management and WIT Connect. She is a certified woman-owned business member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.

Margot and her husband, Jerry Watkins, have been residents of Atlanta, Georgia for over twenty-five years, and have a daughter who is a practicing attorney in Nashville, Tennessee.
