Patti Dismukes and Marsha Calfee Selected
as Co-Chairs for 13th Annual WIT Connect Event

Sponsorships and Tickets Now Available for this Premiere Technology Event

May 4, 2007 – ATLANTA, GA - Women in Technology (WIT), the leading association committed to the development of Georgia's businesswomen in the technology industry, today announced that Patti Dismukes, Chief Operating Officer of OnSite Resource Solutions and Marsha Calfee, Director, Infor CRM Epiphany Global Sales Operations, have accepted the positions of co-chairwomen of WIT Connect '07.

Now in its 13th year, WIT Connect has established a tradition of bringing together more than 750 executives each year with a unique auction format.  Decision makers representing the top companies in Georgia volunteer to meet personally with the highest bidder.  The meetings can range from a simple lunch to an afternoon on the links, and may even include special events and trips contributed by the auction candidate's companies.

Last year, WIT Connect attracted twenty-nine silent auction candidates and eighteen live auction candidates.  Bidding was fierce, generating significant funding to benefit WIT programs.

Ms. Dismukes and Ms. Calfee, with a team of volunteers and sponsors, are putting together another exciting event for WIT Connect '07.  Celebrating the theme "Oceans of Opportunity," WIT Connect 2007 is sure to bring participants a wealth of new connections, exciting opportunities to bid on and an evening of fun and excitement.

"We are excited to have Patti and Marsha as chairs of the program this year," said Judi Vitale, President of Women in Technology.  "WIT Connect is a vital event for Women in Technology and all the programs we support.  Patti and Marsha have a great vision for WIT Connect.  With the experience and energy they bring to their roles as co-chairs, we expect this year's event will be the most stellar WIT Connect yet!"

"WIT has a great track record with WIT Connect.  From its origins as a fashion show thirteen years ago, the event has continued to grow, becoming an essential fundraising and networking event for the Georgia technology community," explained Calfee.  "It is a real pleasure to be able to co-chair this event, and to work with the exceptional caliber of executives who volunteer their time as auction candidates for this very worthy cause."

In commenting on her second year as co-chairwoman, Dismukes stated: "I am thrilled to have the opportunity to participate in WIT Connect once again this year.  The program offers local technology executives a way to support an exceptionally strong portfolio of programs sponsored by Women in Technology.  I look forward to ensuring that these great programs will continue to thrive through the funds raised at WIT Connect."
