Women interested in participating in the Executive Coaching program should complete an application and submit it to the WIT Chair of the Executive Coaching program.  The application can be obtained by downloading the applications form provided here.

Participants that are accepted into this program must commit to full attendance at all six sessions and the interim-coaching sessions.  This commitment is required for selection consideration and maximum program impact and effectiveness.  This program is designed to be an intimate and individually focused program; therefore a maximum of eight participants will be accepted into the 2008 program.

Fees

The mission of WIT is to continuously promote the visibility of women in the IT industry.  Participants will benefit from the expertise of some of the nation’s top experts in their field and are focused on topic – visibility: how to create and leverage it.  Additionally, participants will have the unique ability to work directly with media personalities along with individualized sessions with an executive coach.  The fee for this rich, robust program is $5,000, payable upon application acceptance. 

Applicant Criteria

Women in Technology offer a multitude of events and programs for their membership.  This program in particular has been designed for executive level women.  Women interested in participating should have a minimum of 5 years in the Information Technology industry have a Director or Vice President title and responsibility, and demonstrate a proven track record of success and career advancement.
