Coaching is becoming more and more widely recognized as a key element of successful executives' career strategies.  Do you know how to promote yourself and your successes?  Do you know what people think when they think of you?  How well prepared are you to handle the media and get yourself in print?  WIT's Executive Coaching Program gives a select group of participants the tools necessary to enhance their visibility and speed their success.  This program prepares you to become better known by creating a personal strategy and positioning yourself in the context of your company and goals.

WIT's Executive Coaching Program is a unique six-part program commencing in February and ending in May.  This intensive program has been designed to accelerate individuals on the fast track by providing the tools needed to develop and package their successes - creating the visibility needed to advance their career, while promoting themselves and their company.

Select individuals will have the unique opportunity to work with leading industry professionals; experts in coaching, branding, marketing and media on how to create and package a distinctive personal brand, how to promote oneself and become newsworthy, how to handle media attention, how best to position oneself and one's company.  Participants will also take away a customized personal promotion plan - ready to implement.

Achieving career success does not necessarily translate into visibility - being known for one's accomplishments helps establish true momentum and recognition.  While executive coaching is a vast, sometimes vague concept, encompassing a multitude of elements, WIT's Executive Coaching Program focuses on one key component - visibility, for a participant and their company.

About Coaching

Coaching is the interactive process that helps individuals and organizations set better goals, take more action, make better decisions, and fully use natural strengths to produce more satisfying results.  Coaches work with clients in all areas including personal, business and career.  Coaches are trained to listen to observe and to customize their approach to individual client needs.  They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the client; they believe the client is naturally creative and resourceful.  The coach's job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity, which the client already possesses.

Professional coaches establish an ongoing partnership designed to help clients produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives.  Coaches help people improve their performances and enhance the quality of their lives.  Coaches help people set better goals and then reach those goals, ask their clients to do more than they would have done on their own, focus their clients better to more quickly produce results, provide the tools, support and structure to accomplish more.
