Charles Carden has been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the John H. Harland Company since 1999.  Previously, Carden was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mariner Post-Acute Network and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for Leaseway Transportation Corporation.  Carden has also held various analytical and supervisory positions with the Ford Motor Company.  Carden has a bachelor's degree from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri and a master's degree in business administration from Harvard Business School.
