Helen Berg serves as Chief Information Officer for Internet Security Systems, Inc. (ISS).  With more than 25 years of experience in information technology, Berg provides the technology vision and leadership needed to develop and implement initiatives in a constantly changing marketplace.  Berg formerly served as Senior Vice President of Global Application Development and Integration for the Intercontinental Hotels Group.  Berg is an active board member of several technology and leadership associations including the American Electronics Association, the Georgia CIO Leadership Association and the Cyber Crime Institute at Kennesaw State University.
