Joe Chappell has served as Senior Vice President, Systems Fulfillment for Equifax since October 2002.  Chappell's responsibilities encompass the delivery of all technology services in support of Personal Solutions, Credit Marketing Services (CMS), Direct Marketing Services (DMS), and Predictive Sciences.  Chappell's responsibilities also include global strategy and provisioning, platform and application development, and testing and operational support.  Previously, Chappell served as Chief Information Officer, Equifax Internet Solutions.
