Larry Clark is Managing Director and Chief Information Officer for Randstad North America, a leading employment services company and wholly owned subsidiary of Netherlands-based Randstad Holding, nv.  Since joining Randstad in 2000, Mr. Clark has been responsible for leading the company's IT division.  He has an extensive background in information technology in the public and private sectors - including participating as a member of Georgia Governor Joe Frank Harris' cabinet, and helping to bring a healthcare start-up to an initial public offering.
