Patricia Rosenfeld is Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Platforms for Equifax. In this role, she leads a technology organization of more than 50 associates located in 14 countries, including the US, with significant off shore development activities in India and Latin America. Her team is responsible for design and execution of technology solutions for Global Finance, HR, Sales and Ops Organizations, using flexible delivery models. Since joining Equifax in 2004, Rosenfeld has held a number of leadership positions. In 2005, she was named CIO for Latin America, a fast growing Business Unit with revenues over 150 million. In that role, she was responsible for all technology components in Latin America, including new product innovation, and supported business growth of 2X over 3 years. She moved to Atlanta in the fall of 2007 in order to lead the Global Corporate Platforms technology organization. A 22-year veteran in the industry, Rosenfeld has held leadership roles in technology, such as CIO of Telecom Argentina, a 3 billion Telco company, where she led the implementation of the largest billing project in Latin America with an investment of more than 100 million. Prior to joining Equifax, Rosenfeld owned a small high-tech company focused on added value technology solutions. She worked for clients such as Price Waterhouse Coopers, Sofrecom, British American Tobacco and Embratel in several Latin American countries, such as Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Bolivia and Argentina. Rosenfeld received several awards during her career including the prestigious QVS Leading Billing Project Award from Accenture (1999) and the Best Migration Billing Project Award from Philips Group (2000). Rosenfeld was also the Founder of Quest JDEdwards User Group (1995).
Phylliss Dorman is Senior Vice President of US Consumer Information Technology Solutions. In this role, she leads technology innovation for Equifax’s largest and most profitable business unit. Her team is responsible for providing world-class solutions in the areas of consumer reporting, mortgage reporting, marketing services, analytical model development, data integration and data exchange. She leads application design, development, system support, and customer fulfillment of all products and services related to Equifax’s US core lines of business. The USIS technology team not only supports the largest Equifax revenue stream, they are innovating and reinventing Consumer Information Services by facilitating the theme that ‘data sources differentiate’. The team is actively working on multiple projects that link unique data sources and enable access to this data through multiple channels. With more than 15 years of experience leading large technical organizations, Dorman is a thought leader in software development, quality assurance testing, and day-to-day delivery of unprecedented system availability requirements. Dorman is a member of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and a frequent supporter of initiatives for Women in Technology (WIT). She also dedicates her time to a number of non-profit organizations in the Atlanta community, including the reThink Group, United Way and Georgia Ovarian Cancer Alliance.
Margaret N. Jones is Senior Vice President of Sales—Enabling Technologies for Equifax. She has responsibility for the U.S. sales organization for Enabling Technologies and was named to this position in February 2003. Previously, since January 2001, Jones had served as Senior Vice President of Sales, National Accounts, with responsibility for the financial services business and all national accounts including automotive, retail and brokerage customers. From December 1998 until January 2001, she served as Senior Vice President, Financial Services Solutions, with responsibility for the Southeast Region. Jones served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Equifax Healthcare Solutions from July 1997 until December 1998, and as Vice President of Sales, Equifax Risk Management from 1996 until 1997. Before that, from 1993 until 1996, she was Vice President, Sales, and Risk Management, in Houston, Texas. Prior to joining Equifax in 1993, Jones was Assistant Vice President, Sales at GC Services in Houston, Texas, from 1989 until 1993. Jones is a member of Junior League of Atlanta and the Mount Holyoke Alumni Association.
Marianne Johnson is Senior Vice President of Global Technology New Product Innovation. In this role, she leads a team focused on creating and delivering new product innovation to drive growth across the Equifax Enterprise. Since joining Equifax in 1996, Johnson has held a number of leadership positions. Recently, she led a global technology organization for marketing services of more than 125 associates. Her team was responsible for fulfilling the software development lifecycle and operating supercomputing parallel processing centers that deliver business intelligence solutions to customers worldwide. Prior to this global role, she served as Vice President of Equifax Enabling Technologies, a fast-growing business that provides loan origination and credit risk decision solutions to leading banks and financial institutions. Johnson also served as Assistant Vice President of Equifax Decision Power and Senior Director of Equifax Business Solutions where she was recognized with a GEM Award, one of the company’s most coveted technology honors. A 19-year industry veteran, Johnson previously held management roles in the healthcare industry, including Advanced Receivables Strategy and Medaphis Corporation. At ARS, she was the Operations Officer responsible for launching a new division of active hospital receivables. During her tenure at Medaphis, Johnson led the consolidated business operations of four hospitals. Johnson is an active member of Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), the Hospital Financial Management Association (HFMA), GlobalEXECWomen, and Women in Technology (WIT) where she was selected as one of three finalists for the 2007 Women of the Year in Technology Award.
Coretha M. Rushing is Chief Human Resources Officer for Equifax Inc. She was named to this position in May 2006 and has global responsibilities for a Center of Excellence that includes human resources, compensation and benefits, community affairs and special events, and customer and technical training. Rushing brings 25 years of human resources experience to Equifax. From 1996 to 2004, she served in several senior HR functions for The Coca-Cola Company, including Senior Vice President of Human Resource, where she led all human resource functions for the global beverage company, from 2000 to 2004. Since leaving Coca-Cola in 2004, Rushing had been an executive coach and HR consultant with Atlanta-based Cameron Wesley LLC. Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Rushing was director, human resources for the Midwest Division of Pizza Hut, a division of PepsiCo from 1994 to 1996. From 1983 to 1994, Rushing worked for IBM Corp. in several human resource management positions. Rushing began her career as a recruiter and corporate training specialist with R.H. Macy’s & Co. and Training Director for East River Savings and Loan.
